Ticketing & Payments

All ticket sales are final. No refunds unless the event is canceled by the organizer.

Tickets are non-transferable unless specified.

Customers must carry a valid ID proof along with their ticket for entry.

Event Entry

Entry is subject to security checks and venue rules.

Outside food, beverages, alcohol, or illegal items are not permitted.

The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to anyone violating rules.

Event Changes & Cancellations

Organizers reserve the right to change the event date, venue, or line-up due to unforeseen circumstances.

In case of cancellation, refunds will be processed within 7 days.

Liability

The organizer is not responsible for personal belongings, injuries, or any loss during the event.

Attendees must follow venue safety guidelines.

Intellectual Property

All logos, images, and event content belong to Hyderabad Talkies. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
